Cardiac Supportive Care Course

OVERVIEW
A 3-day interdisciplinary course is specially designed to equip healthcare professionals caring for patients with advanced cardiac illnesses with the basic supportive care skills and knowledge to integrate into their practice. The trainers in this course range from experienced cardiologists to doctors, nurses and pharmacists from the field of cardiology, supportive and palliative care. The content is presented through interactive lectures, discussions and role play activities.

This is a blended learning course where participants will be able to access mini-presentations, assessments, video clips and other resources via the Duke-NUS Learning Management System.

Registration will be open from 13 Feb 2025 till 11 Apr 2025, or when maximum capacity has been reached, whichever earlier.

COURSE DETAILS
Face-to-Face teaching sessions: 21 – 23 May 2025, 8am to 5pm.

The course will officially start on 6 May 2025 with the e-learning portion. Participants are required to complete the online coursework before the teaching sessions, done at their own pace.
